Ergability was founded by Director and Principal Consultant, Clyde Crawford. Clyde has over 20 years experience in delivering a diverse range of human factors and ergonomics solutions to a broad range of clients. Clyde is a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF) with post graduate qualifications in training, occupational health & safety, injury / illness management, occupational rehabilitation, health surveillance and functional capacity evaluation. Furthermore he has additional qualifications in project planning and has extensive experience in assessing, developing and implementing services for several multinational organisations. He was also part of the ergonomics team that achieved a highly commendable award for the Qantas Next Generation Check-In at the 2011 International Ergonomics Design awards.

We also understand the need for a commercial focus and ensure we fully identify each clients needs and constraints. Furthermore we always endeavour to develop a partnership approach with our clients and firmly believe that our support should contribute to their success.
